We have extensive experience with furring bar installation, and drywall installation where the foundation is ICF styrofoam concrete filled block.
Notice the hanbro steel joists with a concrete floor in a residential new home construction; we completed the furring bar install, the insulation, the drywall install and finishing as well as a Level 5 paint ready finished ceiling.

We were hired to redo the ceiling in this condo after the purchaser bought a condo from a smoker. This is the “before” picture. We converted the ceiling to a background aqua tinted knockdown ceiling. The renovation of this condo included new ceiling, new flooring thru-out and full touch- up of the old walls.
This is the “After” picture.
This knockdown ceiling started as a painted stipple ceiling stained with smoke. It turned out beautiful.
